All lump crabmeat is combined with seasoned mayonnaise for flavor, breadcrumb and egg to bind, and scallions for a fresh touch. An absolute classic.

Poached cod and salted white fish (Bacalao) blended with mashed russet potatoes, roasted garlic & chives make this traditional cake.

Steamed chem-free scallops and an equal amount of sweet northern shrimp are mixed together with a ginger lime sauce. Finally we add chives and Panko to hold things together.

Steamed white shrimp are mixed with sweet coconut flakes, red bell pepper, green onion and a puree of ginger and garlic.

We cook Alaskan wild salmon and mix in fresh sour cream, an all-natural mayonnaise, mustard & dill. We add some breadcrumbs and our secret family blend of spices.

We take chunks of North Atlantic lobster meat and mix in our homemade bechamel cream sauce with a touch of sherry. Braised leeks and shallots are added along with cornbread crumbs.

Louisiana Crawfish tails are folded into a flavorful creole sauce with tomatoes, bell peppers, parsley and just enough heat. Cornbread crumbs hold it all together.

Surimi is mixed with a creole seasoned mustard, white onion, and breadcrumbs.
